Brad Niewoehner Memorial Park
Located on Schult Ridge Road, this park has playground equipment, a shelter with electricity, picnic tables, grills, camping with water and sewer hookups. You can access the Plum Creek Bike & Nature Trail, located just east of the camping area.
City Park
Located just off Plum Street, the City Park in Fredericksburg offers playground equipment, 2 shelters with electricity, picnic tables and grills. There is also access to Plum Creek Bike & Nature Trail from here.
Robert Mattke Park
The Robert Mattke Park is located on the west edge of town, right along US Hwy 18. This park offers a Gazebo Shelter with electricity and water. You also have a great view of Plum Creek from here, as well as the Butterfly Garden. Parking is available and access to the Plum Creek Bike & Nature Trail, as well.
As you are entering Fredericksburg from the west, look to the south and you will see the Antique "Flying Bridge". A Chinook helicopter flew in this bridge from Buchanan County. This is featured in our slide show on the Home Page.
Railroad Park
Railroad Park is located on West Main Street (US Hwy 18). It consists of one shelter and several picnic tables.
Prestein Park
Prestein Park is located on the east edge of Fredericksburg. Access to Plum Creek Bike & Nature Trail is available here, as well as parking for those wishing to leave their cars to walk or bike on the Trail.
Fredericksburg Veteran's
Memorial Park
Located right on Main Street directly in front of the Middle School, this park is a tribute to all area veterans.
